Nadia Sabeh

Dr. Nadia Sabeh is the President and Founder of Dr. Greenhouse, an engineering consulting firm focused on the design of HVAC systems for indoor plant production facilities. Nadia is a licensed Mechanical Engineer in California and received her Ph.D. in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering from the University of Arizona’s Controlled Environment Agriculture Center (CEAC). With nearly 20 years of experience in both Agricultural and Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Sabeh is uniquely specialized in the design and specification of HVAC systems for crop production in greenhouses, vertical farms, and container farms; commercial mushroom production facilities; and indoor cannabis grows. She has presented at numerous international conferences about climate control for controlled environment agriculture, authored the book Tomato Greenhouse Roadmap (HortAmericas, 2014); contributed two chapters to the book Plant Factory (Academic Press, 2016), and has recently been featured in articles for Urban Ag News, Cannabis Business Times, and Resource Magazine (ASABE).
